A few words
We are so glad you are here. In June 2027 we are getting married in Verona, and more than anything we would like the people we love to be there with us.
We have thought about this for a long time, and what we keep coming back to is that we do not want a single hurried day. So we have made it a weekend instead — three unhurried days at an old villa in the countryside outside the city, with time to sit down properly, eat slowly, and actually talk to one another.
Nothing about it will be formal. Come as you are, arrive when it suits you, and expect long dinners, warm evenings, and no particular schedule beyond the ceremony itself.
It is a bit of a travel, we know that. That you would consider it at all means a great deal to us.
Schedule
Our weekend together
4.6.2027Friday
Feel free to arrive to the venue starting from the afternoon! For the evening, we will have a simple, informal dinner. Perhaps we can check the cozy little town in the evening.
5.6.2027Saturday
This is The Wedding Day. We will start the ceremony in the afternoon (est. 16 CEST). Otherwise the morning is relaxed, with some breakfast available from 9. You can spend the day by chatting, exploring, or just lounging at the pool.
6.6.2027Sunday
Yep, it's almost done! Let's meet for a simple breakfast at 9, and spend just a bit of more time together before travelling back home.
Accommodation & venue
Ciao Italy!
We will be gathering at Villa Bartolomea, just outside Verona. You should easily find direct flights to Verona airport (Villafranca Airport, VRN) during the season. Alternative airports, especially if you want a bit of an adventure, are Bergamo (Orio al Serio, BGY) or Venice (Marco Polo, VCE).
Accommodation is available on-site, so you can stay at the villa/castle. No need to book anything by yourself!
